Trenannick Farm Cottages gift vouchers and a Christmas cottage make ideal family Christmas solutions

OUR GIFT VOUCHERS MAKE THE IDEAL FAMILY & FRIENDS GIFT

If you’re beginning to think about the approaching festive season and wondering what or how to treat your family and loved ones, then Trenannick may have the perfect solution with a gift voucher.

Our Trenannick Gift Vouchers offer a flexible and convenient option to treat your loved ones.  Vouchers are available to purchase easily on our website from £50 and allow recipients to use their voucher to redeem against a booking in any of our beautiful holiday cottages.  A holiday that the whole family can share together whenever they choose.

It’s so simple and if you’re like me and don’t like wrapping …

We can send your chosen gift vouchers by post or email – simply let us know your preference together with the recipient’s details at the checkout.  Each voucher has a unique code that can be used when making a booking.  The voucher value will automatically deduct that amount from the rental value.

To redeem the voucher, book your stay as usual using our on-line booking and input the voucher code.  If you’d prefer to pay in cash, feel free to visit us in person and we’ll be happy to help.  Please note that these vouchers can only be redeemed directly with us, and not on any other platforms.

Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which means that the booking needs to be made by the recipient within that year, but the actual holiday stay can be scheduled outside of that 12-month period.

The Magic of Christmas at Trenannick

Alternatively, why not book one of our cosy cottages for a truly memorable Christmas or New Year stay?

We really do go the extra tinsel mile to transform our cottages into family festive retreats.  Each of our cottages has a beautiful 5ft lit Christmas tree together with a garland strewn fireplace and hamper to complete the setting.  Honestly, it’s picture postcard ‘wish you were here’.  Well, you can be!

It’s not unusual for guests to take multiple cottages for extended families and friends to share Christmas together.  It makes a harmonious solution to having family fun time, and the benefit of space to relax and retreat to, when you want to.  Our larger cottages also benefit from having twin bedrooms on the ground floor which means that less-abled guests, or those who prefer not to use stairs, will be comfortable with the open plan set up – super practical.  Your dogs are welcome too in all except Ash Cottage.

You’ll meet our alpacas ‘the boys’ Macchu, Cusco and Lima, who will be in full festive fleece by Christmas and they’ll be delighted to join you all for a walk.

With miles of stunning Cornish coastline, you’ll walk off the mince pies and festive excesses in no time at all.

It’s extremely popular to go swimming in the sea on Christmas Day – it’s quite the event with 1000’s of people rushing into the Atlantic wearing Santa hats (and not a lot else) at 11am down at Crooklets Beach in Bude!

Personally, I’m content as a wrapped-up spectator on the coastline complete with a steaming mug of hot chocolate, and warm in the knowledge that the turkey is slowly roasting in the oven and the log fire is there to welcome me back home!

We’re just five minutes from the Atlantic Highway which makes visits to local towns and villages all within easy reach.

For me, Boscastle is always a favourite and I do love the unusual lobster pot Christmas tree plus a hearty supper at The Cobweb as a treat. Cornwall’s harbour towns are lit up and the streets are decorated, and our inns welcome you in from the cold.

Let’s make it a Christmas to make memories!
